• Experienced Residential Conveyancer able to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent technical, organisational and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, and new builds.
• Deliver personal and responsive service to clients.
• Support the day-to-day running of the Peterlee office.
• Develop relationships with local agents to grow operations.
• Support junior colleagues and take on leadership responsibilities.
