Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded law firm in Bristol to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer. You will manage matters from instruction through to post-completion while delivering excellent client care and taking on greater responsibility within the team.

The role offers a competitive salary (£65k), a comprehensive benefits package and a permanent, full-time position based in Bristol with regular office attendance. Experience supervising junior colleagues is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC-registered Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Around 6 years' PQE or equivalent; suitable experience at other levels considered.
• Detailed understanding of residential property law and ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong organisational, communication and client relationship skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and post-completion.
• Provide excellent client care and meet key deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
• Support, mentor and supervise junior colleagues; assist with supervising the team when required.
• Work with Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Trainee Paralegals to progress matters.
