Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is supporting a well-established law firm in Bristol by recruiting a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join the Residential Property team. You will handle matters from instruction to post-completion, delivering an excellent level of client care and mentoring colleagues.

You should be a Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC-registered Conveyancer with around 6 years' PQE, capable of independently managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines in a Bristol-based role offering 37.5 hours per

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC-registered Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Ideally around 6 years' PQE or equivalent experience; applications from other levels considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Deliver excellent client care while meeting key deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, referrers and other professionals.
• Supervise, mentor and support junior colleagues and assist the team when required.
