Job summary

CKB Recruitment seeks a Senior Residential Conveyancer for either Bristol or Gloucester. The role offers a £45,000 to £60,000 salary and private medical insurance.

You will take senior responsibility within a respected firm, handling a mixed residential caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, with a focus on client care and service quality. The position reports to the Legal Director and Head of Private Client Residential, with opportunities for supervisory duties and team

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx in residential conveyancing.
• Detailed understanding of Property Law and client care.
• Ability to supervise and mentor colleagues.
• Proactive, well organised, able to solve problems independently.
• Keen attention to detail and client confidentiality.
• Adaptable to evolving business needs and technology.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end from instruction to post-completion.
• Uphold the firm’s national reputation for excellence and client service.
• Supervise the team in the absence of the Legal Director and contribute to training.
