The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong planning skills and the ability to work under pressure. A qualification as a Legal Executive or Solicitor is essential. Qualifications

• Experienced Conveyancer with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Previous experience managing a busy residential caseload is required.
• Good computer literacy, including knowledge of case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new work and provide service to existing clients.
• Enhance the Conveyancing Department and maximize cross referrals.
• Produce fee income in line with targets.

Confidence in managing own caseload

Strong planning and organisational skills

Understanding of Money Laundering Regulations
