Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Residential Property team. You will handle a varied caseload and work closely with our Real Estate and Private Client teams in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will contribute to marketing and business development initiatives while delivering high-quality legal services to clients with a focus on residential property transactions.

Qualifications

• Experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience of running caseload.
• Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes, property law, and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, assents, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on property transactions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.
• Handle negotiations and resolve any legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
