Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing with ability to run a full caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing matters and terminology.
• Excellent client care skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle Freehold sales and purchases.
• Handle Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage Co-ownership matters.
• Oversee general residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
