TSR Legal in Newport is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, delivering a professional and seamless service.

The role requires independent handling, strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures, excellent client communication and organisational skills. Flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Sound understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively within a busy team.
• A commitment to providing a high standard of client care and achieving positive outcomes.
• Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX-qualified professionals and experienced residential conveyancing fee earners.

Responsabilités

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and associated residential property matters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Preparing, reviewing and advising on contracts, title documentation and reports on title.
• Investigating property titles, managing enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensuring all matters are handled in accordance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures.
• Keeping clients informed at every stage and taking a proactive approach to progressing transactions through to completion.
