Job summary

VerifyUs in Manchester is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our established legal practice. You will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, handling freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

You will work with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders, ensuring timely exchanges and completions while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The role offers a challenging, varied caseload within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage transactions involving flats and new-build properties.
• Oversee transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
