Amaze Select is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our Marlow team. The role requires a minimum of 3 years PQE and a track record in residential property transactions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE.
• Demonstrated track record of steady billing history.
• Experience in residential property transactions.

Responsabilités

• Manage all residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity).
• Provide clear advice on legal procedures and documentation.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate with agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors to facilitate transactions.
• Ensure timely progression and compliance with deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case files and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize IT systems for document management and case tracking.
• Support business development with excellent client service.
