We are currently working with a well-established and high-quality residential children's home in Bradford, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home is a 4-bed setting focused on providing a nurturing and stable environment.

They are now looking to hire a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker to join their dedicated team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Creating and maintaining a happy, positive, and safe environment for young people.

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children to promote emotional development and resilience.

  • Acting as a role model and leading by example for junior staff.

  • Contributing to the continual improvement of children's outcomes.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping.

  • Attending and contributing to meetings, reviews, and conferences related to the children in your care.



What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is essential.

  • Leadership Potential: Ideal for experienced support workers ready to step up or those already working at a senior level.

  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (Essential).

  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.

  • Personal Qualities: Confident, resilient, articulate, and passionate about making a difference.
