Job Description
Senior Residential Childcare Worker - Ref: CH00425
Salary G7: £32,654 - £37,035 (plus 5% enhancement for unsociable hours and additional payments for sleeping in duties)
We are looking for people who have substantial experience of working within a Children's Residential setting to join our Children's Residential Services within Walsall.
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will need to be someone who is creative, solution focused and able to take the lead in decision making. This role also requires you to be resilient, resourceful, enthusiastic and motivated to be a positive influence on our children and your team around you.
Successful candidates will be expected to work as part of a team that provides 24/7 cover on a Rota basis. These shift patterns may vary across the service but they will all include working weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and sleeping in duties (additional payment).
