Applicants must have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a full UK driving licence. This is a full-time role offering a competitive hourly rate plus a joining bonus and overtime enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily life activities in the home.
• Lead shifts, supervise staff, and cover management absence.
• Promote safeguarding and therapeutic approaches within the home.
• Produce high-quality records and contribute to assessments.
• Collaborate with families, social workers, education providers and health professionals.
