Job summary

Hobdens Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-established residential portfolio across East and West Sussex. The role involves governance, AGMs, budgeting and proactive maintenance, with a customer-focused approach to residents and directors.

The successful candidate will be office-based three days a week, enjoy a hybrid working model, and build trusted, long-term relationships with engaged clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential blocks with resident management companies or RTM boards.
• Experience running AGMs, preparing meeting packs and minutes.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for residents and directors, ensuring smooth operations and well-run governance.
• Plan and chair AGMs, set and manage budgets, coordinate contractors and compliance, provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute site inspections, raise works and manage health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors on routine works and major projects.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across the portfolio.
