Senior Residential AST Property Manager - London offices

Established and independent multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors require an experienced Residential Property manager to join their existing PM team.

They manage a Residential AST only property portfolio and require an experienced PM who can lead the small team. The title will either be Senior or Team Lead.

• Basic Salary - up to £38,000
• Potential bonus - To be discussed at interview stage
• Car allowance - To be confirmed at interview stage depending on level
• Pension contribution (% to be confirmed)
• Office based position with flexibility
• CPD costs covered and travel expenses covered
