My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Industrials practice as a Senior Researcher. Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this role is key to the execution of Global Operations and Board Level positions. You will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, and network with industry sources.

Responsibilities
  • Support a dynamic Partner and Consultant across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Energy and Transportation sectors.
  • Operate with a worldwide remit and play an integral part in the delivery of C-level opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective candidates and clients, maintaining ongoing relationships and market intelligence.
  • Contribute to candidate research, market mapping, and identification strategies in retained search assignments.
Qualifications
