Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Research Trials Practitioner to join the Centre of Medical Imaging (CMI) Research Team at UCLH. We are seeking a dynamic, patient-centered individual looking for an engaging challenge.

The role involves a combination of clinical and research responsibilities. You will serve as a point of contact for study Principal Investigators, sponsors, and patients across UCLH sites, requiring effective communication and teamwork skills.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to enquiries from potential participants
  2. Pre-screening potential participants by phone and arranging screening visits
  3. Obtaining informed consent and conducting screening
  4. Arranging and attending MRI scans and other clinic visits across UCLH sites
  5. Serving as a point of contact for trial participants
  6. Completing trial forms and ensuring prompt data entry into online databases
  7. Managing and facilitating participant visits
