The Women's Health Research Centre (WHRC) at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Imperial College London is dedicated to improving women's reproductive health and childbirth. Our work focuses on enhancing care, outcomes and experiences, and we are now seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Senior Research Midwife / Nurse. This role involves coordinating various research studies and patient recruitment. The WHRC's diverse portfolio includes preconception, obstetrics and genomics studies. Initially, the postholder will lead a new commercial study and contribute to prematurity research. They will also line manage a team of research midwives/nurses. Prior commercial research experience is highly desirable; proven line management experience is essential. The postholder will help develop collaborative working methods to support recruitment and project management of portfolio‑adopted and commercial studies. They will work across Queen Charlotte's & Chelsea Hospital and St Mary's Hospital, support the Lead Research Midwife in WHRC operations, and act as deputy when needed.
