Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus

A pioneering and well-established healthcare & pharma research consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their growing organization.

You will work on a wide range of influential, insight-led programs that inform key decisions for global clients within the pharma, medical, and life sciences sectors. Topics include oncology, product development, D&I studies, behavioral science, innovation, market entry, and more.

About the Role:

• Manage high-impact market research studies in healthcare/pharma from briefing to insight delivery.
• Lead survey design, data analysis, focus groups, and storytelling for pharma & life sciences clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth research operations.
