Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus

A healthcare & pharma research consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their team.

You will work on impactful, insight-led programs informing key decisions for global clients in pharma, medical, & life sciences, covering topics like oncology, product development, D&I studies, behavioral science, innovation, market entry, and more.

About the Role:

• Manage healthcare/pharma market research studies from briefing to insight delivery
• Lead survey design, data analysis, focus groups, & storytelling for pharma & life sciences clients
• Coordinate with internal & external teams to ensure smooth research processes
• Present strategic recommendations influencing major business decisions

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in quantitative or qualitative research, preferably in healthcare or pharma
• Ability to interpret complex data and turn findings into actionable insights
