Senior Research Manager (Healthcare & Pharma)

Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus

A pioneering & well-established healthcare & pharma research consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their growing organization.

You’ll work on a wide range of influential, insight-led programs that inform key decisions for global clients within the pharma, medical & life sciences space. Topics include oncology, product development, D&I studies, behavioral science, innovation, market entry, and more.

About the Role:

• Manage high-impact market research healthcare/pharma studies from briefing through to insight delivery
• Lead survey design, data analysis, focus groups & storytelling for pharma & life sciences clients
• Coordinate with internal & external teams to ensure research runs smoothly
• Present strategic recommendations that influence major business decisions

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in quantitative or qualitative research, ideally within healthcare or pharma
• Ability to interpret complex data & turn findings into actionable insights
