As a Senior Research Integrity Screener, you will play a critical role in supporting research integrity and publishing ethics across Elsevier's journal portfolio. Working closely with editors, publishers, authors, and internal stakeholders, you will assess manuscripts for potential research integrity concerns, support publishing ethics case management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of screening processes, policies, and technologies. In addition to managing complex screening activities, you will act as a trusted subject matter expert within the team, coaching and mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and helping to strengthen the team's overall capability. You will play a leading role in identifying emerging risks, recommending process improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and impact of Elsevier's research integrity and publishing ethics operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in research integrity, manuscript screening, editorial triage, or scholarly publishing who is looking to combine technical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement responsibilities.
