UCL in London is seeking a Research Fellow (Staff Scientist) to join the Bayraktar lab for 2D/3D spatial and single-cell transcriptomic analyses of cancer–nervous system interactions. The appointment is permanent, full‑time, on‑site, with scope for extension and strong career progression.

Applicants should hold a PhD (or equivalent) in neuroscience, biology or a related discipline, with experience in spatial transcriptomics, tissue samples, iPSC differentiation, fluorescence imaging and Python

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in neuroscience, biology, cancer biology or related field.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 2D/3D spatial and single-cell transcriptomic analyses of cancer–nervous system interactions.
• Collaborate with experimental and computational colleagues to generate high-quality data and analyses.
