Senior Research Executive – Healthcare Market Research - London (Hybrid/Remote)

Location: UK (Hybrid/London/Manchester – as applicable)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Research Executive (SRE) to join our clients dynamic healthcare market research team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality quantitative and qualitative research projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the day-to-day management of healthcare market research projects from commissioning to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Research Design: Assist in designing research methodologies, developing discussion guides, and crafting survey instruments tailored to client objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Support client relationships through regular updates, presentations, and strategic input. Attend client meetings and contribute to proposal writing and business development.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyse data (quantitative and qualitative), synthesize findings, and develop clear, actionable insights with strong storytelling.
  • Reporting: Draft and deliver insightful, visually compelling presentations and reports that meet client needs and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Team Support & Development: Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the professional development of the wider research team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a market research role, with strong exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the UK and global healthcare landscape, including patient, HCP, and payer audiences.
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and engaging way.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint, and online survey platforms (e.g., Confirmit, Decipher, Qualtrics).
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, psychology, social sciences, business, or marketing).
  • Experience working within a research agency or consultancy setting.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics or data visualization tools.
  • Interest in emerging trends such as digital health, patient centricity, and real-world evidence.
