The typical daily responsibilities for this role are as follows:

1. Contribute to team discussions related to key findings learned from research and link these to implications for the client.
2. Take responsibility for developing a successful project plan with minimal guidance from senior team members.
3. Provide training for junior team members on research material outlines and drafts, offering guidance on best approaches.
4. Guide the development of new slide frameworks and visual templates to present insights in a powerful and compelling manner.
5. Provide best practices and guidance to junior team members for effective internal and external email communication.
6. Go above and beyond the assigned tasks to advance the work beyond the original request.

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities:

• 3+ years of experience within a healthcare market research environment, with end-to-end involvement in projects.
• Excellent client management skills, with proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to adhere to deadlines.
• Well-written communication skills, capable of conveying information to clients through written channels without errors.
• Innovative thinking and the ability to propose solutions that are not immediately apparent.
