Responsibilities

  1. Conducting primary and secondary research on the printing market across the EMEA region.
  2. Ability to collect insights from face-to-face interviews in the market.
  3. Working with and mastering IDC proprietary software and analysis tools.
  4. Strict adherence to deadlines set by worldwide schedules.
  5. Maintaining active relations with key market players in the vendor and distribution channel.
  6. Contributing to custom research engagements, including speaking engagements and presentations at client workshops.

Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of the IT industry with at least 3 years of experience, ideally with a printing vendor, IT distributor, or channel partner.
  2. Experience in conducting primary and secondary research across the EMEA region.
  3. Proven data processing, modelling, and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to identify key trends and draw inferences from large data sets.
  5. Ability to work independently (managed remotely).
