Location: Coventry – Hybrid working available

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support system requirements and acceptance activities from design to delivery

• Capture validation evidence and support stakeholder engagement

• Contribute to estimates for work scope and planning

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Provide guidance to colleagues and support project delivery

Your Skills and Experience:

• STEM degree or equivalent industry experience (Aerospace, Defence, Maritime, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of requirements and acceptance practices within engineering projects

• Familiarity with the engineering lifecycle and its key phases

• (Desirable) Experience using DOORS or similar tools
