About the Role

An Analytics & Reporting Consultant is a member of Workday’s EMEA Professional Services organisation, passionate about implementing our Human Resources and Financial Management cloud-based software.

This role involves working with our evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio, including products such as Prism Analytics, People Analytics, and Accounting Center.

The role requires close collaboration with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions based on customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing, developing, and deploying analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
2. Assisting clients in resolving analytic and reporting issues related to the Workday application.
3. Applying significant experience in analytics or reporting within Human Resources, Financial Management, or Payroll domains.
4. Managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
5. Ensuring project timelines are met by delivering on schedules.
6. Enhancing customer experience to achieve high satisfaction levels.
7. Working effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
8. Contributing to continuous improvement in customer service.
9. Mentoring team members and sharing best practices.

About You

Candidates should have:

1. 7+ years of Data Modeling experience.
2. 4+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
3. 3+ years of Prism Analytics experience.
4. Understanding of UK business practices and reporting needs in HCM and Finance.
5. Basic knowledge of APIs.
6. Understanding of Security and Data Governance principles.
7. Strong technical problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent research and resourcefulness.
9. Good verbal and written communication skills.
10. Quick learning ability and motivation to understand various technologies used at Workday.
11. Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
