Qualifications

  • Two to five years of related work experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services.

Senior Reporting Analyst, London, Up to £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Great Benefits, Hybrid Working i.e. 2 days a week in the office 3 working from home, Amazing Growing Insurance Related Company with Fantastic Culture.

Duties and responsibilities

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will:

  • Track, measure, and enforce the accurate reporting of financial information from global partners.
  • Partner with local members worldwide to gather insights and deliver outcomes for some of the most important clients in the industry.
  • Own the reporting process — creating reports, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Peer-review reports, handle client questions with confidence, and lift challenges when needed.
  • Analyse performance trends in pool and captive programmes, distilling insights into clear, actionable explanations.
  • Lead client discussions by presenting analysis that drives clarity and decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and accountability in data management across systems.
  • Build bridges between sales and reporting teams, enhancing collaboration and elevating client service.
  • Take part in transformational projects that improve processes, standardisation, and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
