Job summary

Media Search Inc. is seeking a Senior Reporter with an AI focus to deliver high-quality, timely coverage in Business, Finance & Governance sectors.

You will moderate webinars and events, produce editorial content from discussions, and drive improvements through AI-enabled workflows. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in journalism (B2B/trade), strong writing/editing, event moderation experience, and practical media-law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in journalism (B2B/trade media).
• Superior writing and editing skills with strong storytelling and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience moderating events and interviewing senior leaders.
• Practical media law knowledge and experience overseeing published materials.
• Demonstrable AI fluency and experience building AI tools for editorial work.
• Genuine interest in AI and its role in publishing.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyse, write and edit high-quality copy daily across concise updates.
• Develop relationships with our community and editorial board to keep coverage relevant.
• Exercise editorial judgment; ensure copy is publishable, error-free and credible.
• Review and edit colleagues' and contributors' work to publication standards.
• Obtain quotes and insights from trusted sources.
