Job summary

Fuse Energy is seeking a Project Development Manager to identify, analyse, and secure renewable energy opportunities across the UK. You will manage local networks, collaborate with finance and engineering teams, and oversee permitting to deliver projects from opportunity to handover.

Strong candidates will have a background in renewables, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive PPAs and complex transactions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus on power/renewable energy, agronomy, environmental studies or project management.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a development role with a successful track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and secure new energy prospects (data centres, BESS, wind, rooftop, carport, ground-mounted).
• Manage local commercial network to facilitate site acquisitions and development.
• Coordinate with Finance, GIS, and engineering teams to assess feasibility and optimize project design.
