Salary: £120k - £250k Plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits

My client is a progressive and forward-thinking top 10 UK insurance firm. They are recruiting for an exciting brand-new role. The position is Senior Renewables Insurance Executive/Broker. This role is a key new senior position working closely with Directors and sharing operational lead to help build a core leading division for a quality UK Insurance brand.

The Successful Applicant:

• Will be tasked with responsibility for £30m+ secured premium pipeline over the next 5-10 years and growing fast.
• The firm is aiming to be a market leader within the specialty market and is seeking likeminded driven Insurance Executives to help build lasting quality relationships and deliver on complex client needs.
• A strategic diligent leader with genuine enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, and Energy Technology markets, who inspires the highest client servicing and team standards.
• The role will be supported at every stage with investment where needed to achieve market leader status.
• Passionate about Energy Transition across the UK, EU, and international stage.
• Salary is no object to securing the right candidate for this new key role. The package will include a fantastic basic salary, uncapped bonus, excellent benefits, and includes hybrid working.
• This role will be remote and cover the whole of the UK.
