• Strong commercial acumen with track record in investments/assets/development pipelines.
• Pro-active senior team member with ownership and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, project management, data and reporting.
• Experience establishing and managing corporate governance structures.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives for a portfolio of renewables assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial development pipelines and ensure delivery of investment objectives.
• Be primary contact with developers; coordinate communications and conduct pipeline reviews.
• Lead value maximisation and exits for development projects to maximise investor returns.
• Provide governance oversight and briefings to board directors and fund managers.
• Monitor investment performance and portfolio metrics to optimise returns.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio to improve resilience.
