Job summary

Elgin is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to fulfil the Client/Employer’s Representative role across our utility-scale solar PV, BESS and co‑located PV/BESS projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams within Elgin’s delivery framework, coordinating finance, legal, engineering, procurement, construction and operations from late stage development through handover to Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure, renewables, power or energy storage projects.
• Experience representing a client/owner on complex contracted projects and lender interactions.
• Experience with FIDIC/EPC/ICP contracts and commercial governance.
• Ability to coordinate finance, legal, procurement, engineering and operations across delivery milestones.
• Strong communication for governance meetings and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil Client/Employer’s Representative role for allocated projects from FID through COD.
• Lead project and contract management on project-financed assets, coordinating lender processes.
• Administer high-value EPC, ICP contracts with variations, claims and close-out.
• Maintain disciplined project controls across programme, budget, cash flow, risk and change.
• Coordinate between internal teams, finance, legal, procurement, engineering, operations and external advisers.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams within Elgin’s delivery framework and milestones.
• Manage relationships and reporting cadence with lenders, equity investors and SPV governance bodies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with clear options and decisions.
