Job Description:

Our successful client is currently recruiting a qualified solicitor to join its Renewable Energy team in Glasgow. The team has an established list of clients and has been involved in numerous operational developments within Scotland’s renewable energy industry.

The role will be varied and will include drafting and negotiating documents, conducting due diligence on existing projects for investors, and assisting clients involved in the renewables supply chain, as well as supporting clients with their legal requirements.

The team is interested in candidates who already work exclusively in renewable energy or have experience in both commercial property and energy transactions and wish to specialize in renewables. The firm will provide additional training as needed.
