Job summary

Linkit Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Project Manager for ground source heat pump projects across the UK. This site-based role involves delivering commercial-scale GSHP projects, coordinating with Tier 1 contractors and partners, from handover to completion.

You will manage budgets, procurement, health and safety, and document RAMS and reports. Ground source experience is helpful but not essential; strong mechanical, M&E, or commissioning backgrounds are suitable.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction environments and strong project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and procurement.
• Good reading of drawings, specs, and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handover to completion and client handover.
• Coordinate drilling, ground array, headering and cross-connection works.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installation within plant rooms.
• Coordinate commissioning and final project handover.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site-based teams.
• Liaise with clients, Tier 1 contractors and other site stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and margins.
• Produce and maintain RAMS, reports and site records.
