Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Technician to service, maintain and repair ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP and solar systems, ensuring safety and optimal performance.

The role requires a strong technical background, problem solving and excellent customer service, with site assessments, fault diagnosis and training for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS qualifications and other gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience in Social Housing is desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems (ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar).
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimise downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain records of service activities and report on performance.

Role

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems, ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar systems
• This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
