L3Harris in Tewkesbury and Fleet, part of our ICI division, works closely with UK Government and Security Agencies, focusing on Crypto/Cyber Security and Electronic Warfare, including Counter IED capabilities.

As a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer, you will provide independent and assured R&M advice, supporting R&M projects to meet schedule, quality, and budget while aligning with client and corporate expectations.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability analyses and prepare technical reports
• Collaborate with system design engineers on new designs/configurations
• Support design teams to meet reliability objectives
• Develop system and equipment architecture for safety and reliability-critical systems
• Provide R&M support to projects
• Identify RMA shortfalls at system and equipment levels
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and meetings with clients and contractors
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on R&M issues
