Job Title: Senior Reliability Engineer

Our Cambridge-based client is currently searching for a Senior Reliability Engineer responsible for all reliability aspects of new devices and ICs.

The role involves designing reliability experiments, developing, and analyzing reliability models. An important part of the role is to develop new electrical reliability tests in collaboration with TCAD and simulation engineers.

Required Skills:

1. Deep knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability, preferably GaN
2. Good knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis and software such as JMP, Minitab, or Python
3. Experience with semiconductor failure analysis
4. Good communication skills
5. A degree in a relevant engineering or science subject
