Senior Relationship Lead / Senior Client Partner – Career Transition & Mobility
This role is responsible for converting new business, expanding, and retaining key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients for LHH CT&M through strategic prospecting and collaboration with marketing and SDR teams.
- Partner with an Account Manager to maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and service expansion.
- Retain 100% of existing contracts, negotiate and secure new contracts prior to expiry, and obtain internal approval for commercial terms.
- Utilize Salesforce proficiently for activity logging and forecasting.
- Collaborate across teams globally to ensure consistency and identify improvements.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience selling customized talent solutions (HR, talent management, coaching, assessments, change management, workforce transformation).
- Skilled in various sales techniques including face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations.
- Experience selling across multiple business lines within large financial organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead sales initiatives, influence virtual global teams, and implement successful strategies.
- Experience prospecting and hunting for new business over large territories.
