Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE in regulatory or transport advisory.
• Experience representing clients at hearings and in regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with supervision where needed.
• Strong drafting, communication, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of regulatory matters, supporting investigations, hearings and compliance.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Represent clients at regulatory and licensing hearings.
• Assist with licences, variations and appeals.
• Provide training and guidance to clients and junior staff.
• Draft articles and contribute to sector updates.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
