Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Prosecution Lawyer to join a leading utility company’s in-house legal team. This role involves managing criminal and regulatory matters from initial investigation through to conclusion, acting on both prosecution and defence matters, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders while managing a varied caseload across criminal, regulatory, and environmental issues. Competitive salary, hybrid working, and additional perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience with prosecution and defence cases.
• Ability to work autonomously and advise senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage criminal and regulatory cases from investigation to conclusion.
• Prepare cases, gather evidence, and develop legal strategies.
• Represent the organization in court and manage external counsel.
