We are looking for an innovative Senior Regulatory Product Manager to join our Melbourne based Regulatory team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to manage all regulatory needs required to register and maintain a portfolio of active constituents and end use products to support Nufarm’s sales in Australia.

What will you be doing?

  1. Participate in projects for a portfolio of Australian products, being responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies.
  2. Lead the maintenance and defence activities for actives and products that align with key crops, and other products as required. Defend or promote products in a way that prolongs their profitability.
  3. Represent the Australian Regulatory team internally and externally on matters related to the key crops and regulatory science discipline/s, and other subjects as required.
  4. Assemble, format, and submit registration dossiers and other regulatory documents in support of assigned products and negotiate favourable business outcomes with regulators.
  5. Ensure product labels comply with legislative requirements and meet internal standards.
  6. Provide regulatory expertise and insights that promote product line performance, enhance competitive position in the regulatory environment, ensuring compliance of assigned product line with applicable pesticide laws, and promote product stewardship.
  7. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the key regulatory bodies and stakeholders that influence regulatory policies.
  8. Deliver timely registrations that grow the Australian target crop business.

What do you bring?

This role would suit a qualified and experienced Technical or Regulatory professional with a good understanding of the Agricultural industry and pesticide registration. Analytical and compliance minded, you will have excellent business insight and a demonstrated ability applying for, and being granted, product registrations for new innovative chemistry or complex label additions of major new crops.

Passionate about product registration and growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and industry customers alike, you will be considered, organised and outcome oriented with the knowledge to manage all required Regulatory needs.
