Job description

Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager, London

Join our growing Finance team as a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager, collaborating with the Regulatory Reporting Manager and Management Accounting team to prepare and submit accurate regulatory returns to the FCA. This pivotal role ensures compliance with UK and international regulatory prudential reporting requirements during an exciting growth phase.

This role can be located at any of our offices: Leeds, Manchester, London, Worthing, Nottingham, or Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Group Financial Controller to deliver UK regulatory prudential reports accurately and on time, overseeing capital adequacy, liquidity requirements, and obligations in the UK and internationally, aligned with FCA guidelines and deadlines.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of FP&A to ensure accurate forecasting of capital and liquidity, providing data analysis to support regulatory compliance.
  3. Develop ICARA documentation, liaising with senior stakeholders to support process development.
  4. Support international offices by preparing regulatory reports and ensuring alignment with local authorities.
  5. Maintain accurate records for regulatory reporting, accessible for audits and inquiries.
  6. Coordinate with regulators for information requests, notifications, and prudential updates, including new acquisitions and capital instrument applications.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA is desirable.
  • Experience with FCA regulatory reporting within Financial Services; knowledge of MIFIDPRU is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UK prudential regulations, reporting standards, and FCA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
