Job Description

As Regulatory Reporting Senior Manager, you will join our growing Finance team and collaborate with our Regulatory Reporting Manager and the Management Accounting team to prepare and submit accurate regulatory returns to the FCA. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with UK and international regulatory prudential reporting requirements and will support us through an exciting phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver UK regulatory prudential reports accurately and timely, overseeing capital adequacy, liquidity requirements, and obligations both in the UK and internationally, in line with FCA guidelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Head of FP&A to ensure accurate forecasting of capital and liquidity adequacy and support regulatory compliance projections with data analysis.
  • Develop ICARA documentation, liaising with senior stakeholders to support current process development.
  • Support international offices by preparing regulatory reports and ensuring alignment with local authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records for regulatory reporting, accessible for audits and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with regulators for information requests, notifications, and prudential updates, including new acquisitions and capital instrument applications.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA is desirable.
  • Experience in FCA regulatory reporting within the Financial Services sector; knowledge of MIFIDPRU is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of UK prudential regulations, reporting standards, and FCA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
