Anthesis Group is seeking a Regulatory Expert in Packaging to join the Circularity and Value Chain Transformation team. You will bridge legislation like PPWR with business requirements, delivering data-driven, future-proof strategies.

You’ll lead technical guidance, conduct regulatory deep-dives, and drive thought leadership across global projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of packaging experience with a strong regulatory focus.
• Experience blending packaging engineering and consulting in FMCG or supply chain.
• In-house experience with brands, retailers, or SMEs is valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-project programs delivering high-quality client outcomes.
• Provide regulatory leadership and translate complex rules into practical guidance.
• Conduct regulatory readiness assessments for packaging frameworks.
• Perform landscape reviews of packaging regulations and commitments.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and justify solutions.
• Build and grow client relationships, shaping proposals and engagements.
• Monitor trends in sustainable packaging and translate into client recommendations.
• Collaborate with global experts to represent Anthesis at industry events.
