Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to guide crypto compliance and policy controls in the UK. You will shape the compliance framework, support regulatory licensing, and work closely with product and operations to maintain regulatory alignment.

You’ll navigate FCA regulations, manage multiple initiatives, and mentor teams to ensure adherence to evolving rules while maintaining a strong control environment across digital asset products.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and crypto markets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Strong communication with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks and policies.
• Advise product launches with regulatory input to ensure full local compliance.
• Engage with regulators and respond to regulatory inquiries.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators

What you'll need

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• An understanding of digital asset products
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
• Multitasking skills with close attention to detail
