Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the UK to ensure crypto compliance, advise on regulatory requirements, and help shape risk-managed product launches.

You will develop and implement a robust compliance framework, work with regulators, and support licence applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing
