The Senior Registration Project Manager acts as the Twenty20 platform delivery expert across DP World’s business and internal events (regional events, global events, Business Engagements Platforms and Partnerships - BEPP). Collaborating with DP World stakeholders and GPJ teams, the role focuses on efficient attendee journeys that meet marketing objectives.

This role manages registration and guest solutions, integrating platforms and digital touchpoints to create seamless experiences, capturing customer data to inform future strategies.

It requires a passionate project manager skilled in using technology to enhance live event experiences, with attention to detail and flexibility for on-site involvement.

The candidate will lead platform rollouts aligned with strategic goals, bringing energy and a drive to create exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Platform management and innovation:

• Guide platform features and best practices for Let’s Connect
• Create training and marketing materials for platform use
• Test and provide feedback on new features
• Develop the Guest Portal with relevant materials
• Advise on platform use for business events

Event registration:

• Manage project timelines and milestones
• Gather requirements and create content
• Design landing pages and ensure branding consistency
• Define attendee types and registration flows
• Configure registration forms and emails
• Conduct testing and launch campaigns
• Monitor registration metrics and share data
• Support check-in and onsite registration

Third Party Meeting Tool & Lead Retrieval:

• Manage lead retrieval activities
• Configure and implement tools
• Ensure data consistency and troubleshoot
