Are you an experienced RVN ready to step into a leadership role? Join a well- established small animal practice in Stevenage as a Senior Veterinary Nurse , where you’ll take on more responsibility, help guide a dedicated team, and continue to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Senior RVN, you’ll help lead the nursing team alongside the Head Nurse and Practice Manager. Your duties will span clinical work, mentoring junior staff, and assisting with practice operations.

• A varied caseload across theatre, inpatient care, and consults
• Supporting junior nurses and student development
• Involvement in shaping nursing protocols and standards
• A nurturing environment with the autonomy to take ownership of your role
